Meet Your Host
Hello! I am Bea Byrne. I'm an English quilter living in California. I asked Santa Claus for a sewing kit when I was 3 and have never looked back! I have a love of anything to do with textiles but my real passion is quilting. After a career in tech and event management I realized that organizing and hosting this online conference was the perfect way to merge my two worlds. I started my business in 2023 and in 2024 the Quilt n Learn events (formerly QUILT2024) have had more than 15k attendees. As well as running this business I also lecture about and exhibit my own quilts and teach quilting and other crafts nationwide. My personal website is beabyrne.com.Â

That’s where the VIP Ticket comes in! Using your affiliate link in your marketing, you’ll receive a commission from the sales your traffic brings in. Starting on November 25th and ending on January 18th, all sales tracked to you will be recorded and 30% of the total will be paid to you weekly via paypal.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.
Affiliate Portal Log InEvent Overview: The event will run from January 9-11, 2025 (PST US timezone), featuring 10 pre-recorded sessions each day. The pre-recorded presentations will be available for Free Attendees to access 24 hours after each batch of workshops is made live. On Day 1 they will get access to the first batch of 10. On Day 2 the first batch will become unavailable and they will get access to the second batch, and so on.VIP attendees (paid users) will get to keep access in Kajabi, as well as accessing the VIP bonus content.
Speaker Engagement: While the presentations will be pre-recorded on our course site, all speakers are asked to spend some time with the attendees in the Facebook Group or the off-facebook private community on Kajabi on the day their presentation is free. (Do a post and share a graphic about your sessions or you. Comment and interact on other posts).
Interacting with attendees and answering any questions on your presentation is key to building reputation and relationships!Â
Marketing: Leading up to Quilt n Learn, we’ll have 6 weeks of promotion. This gives you time to connect with your audience and introduce them to the idea of an event created just for quilters like them.
Feel free to start teasing the event sooner to get your audience excited for when you share your affiliate links on opening day (Nov 25th). You’ll be provided with swipe copy for emails and social media messages, plus graphics to save you time. There will be a suggested marketing schedule to make it easy for you to share and promote the event to build up your affiliate income. Ideally each teacher will share with their audience by:
- Sending 2 emails
- Posting at least 2 social media posts
Sharing is optional and not monitored, but those who share as suggested will make more money from affiliate sales. This is your chance to earn hundreds and maybe more!
VIP Ticket: Although it is free to watch Quilt n Learn during the 3 live days, there’s an upgrade for instant access to the workshops, access for 6 months after the event officially ends, and access to the VIP bonus bundle.Â
Live Events: These were a great success at our last event and will be an opportunity for the Teachers to showcase their knowledge and expertise, as well as answer questions from a live audience. Details to come and opportunities will be available for sponsorship.Â
Sewalong: This was a big success at our last event and will be repeated. If you would like to sponsor the Sewalong get in touch.Â

Recordings must be uploaded by October 27th, 2025.Â
Guidelines For Your Workshop
- The majority of our attendees belong to a Quilt Guild or Group and those groups need workshop teachers and lecturers. Think of your workshop as your time to shine and show what you're made of. Don't be afraid of going deep into a topic. We have beginners and very experienced quilters taking part.
- Length is usually 20-60 minutes. I wouldn’t worry about the length as much as making sure your presentation has quality content.
- Videos can be a maximum of 4GB in size. An ultra HD video is going to be over this so aim for 720px resolution. Closed captions will be added to every video on my end after you submit them. This ensures they are accessible to as much of our community as possible.
- IÂ will include up to 3 links with your video: a link to your teacher page, a link to any free download that goes with your workshop, a link to your item in the VIP Bonus Bundle.
- Feel free to include a 1-2 minute pitch AT THE END of your workshop for something you sell.
- Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away feeling like they’ve learned something.Â
- You can include a QR code leading to your website or newsletter sign up.Â
- For added interaction you could include a question or easy challenge for attendees and invite them to share their answer in the Facebook group or private community. This will prompt more people to visit your video.Â

DOWNLOAD VIDEO RECORDING GUIDANCEWorksheet or Handout: If your workshop has a supply list or templates etc to help them you should host this on your site so that you can capture email addresses in exchange for it. This is not compulsory but is recommended as it is your main way to collect email addresses.Â
GUIDANCE ON SETTING UP YOUR DOWNLOADÂ VIP Bonus Contribution:Â The details for the VIP Bonuses from speakers are to be uploaded into Content Snare by October 27th, 2025. Min value is $20.
The VIP Bonus contribution will be a huge addition in making this profitable for you as a teacher. Not only from affiliate sales but also from the traffic it will drive to your website.Â
Note: These are generally so popular that you don’t want to contribute a 1:1 service/offer.
Affiliate Income: You get 30% of the VIP Passes bought by people using your affiliate link. 30% of "free" is nothing - so we want to make that VIP Bundle as attractive as possible. You will get the details to register as an affiliate by November 1st. Â
Marketing:Â Everyone is asked to share on social media and to email their lists at least twice (each) during the promotional period: November 25th - January 18th.
You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you will set up from a link we email you).Â

Live Event Participation (January 9-11, 2025): We will be having 6 live events, 2 per day of the event. To maximize your benefits and thrill the attendees please participate in the private community on Kajabi, the Facebook Group, or both, during your presentation day. Interact with attendees throughout the event to build your reputation. !
